Footba11man — Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Footba11man mobile application and footba11man.com website. Their data practices are described separately below. Privacy questions may be sent to support@footba11man.com.
Mobile Application
Information you use in the app
Footba11man lets you create football lineups, clubs, kit and logo designs, player and manager names, positions and nationalities. You may optionally select images from your device for photos, logos or kits. These items are processed on your device and saved in the app's local storage when you save your creations. The app does not require an account and does not upload these creations to a Footba11man server.
Photos, exporting and sharing
The app accesses images you choose through the device's image picker. When you choose to save a generated lineup image, it writes the image to your gallery; older Android versions may request storage permission. When you choose to share, your generated image is handed to the destination app or service you select. That service handles the shared content under its own privacy policy. Exported images can contain the names and photos you included, so review them before sharing.
Local preferences
The app stores local settings such as whether to hide the introductory tip. It also has local counters, dates and lineup fingerprints for controlling future advertising frequency. These records are not sent to a Footba11man server.
Advertising and analytics in the current build
The current build does not include an active advertising SDK, analytics service or developer-operated crash-reporting service. Before advertising is enabled, this policy and the app's privacy disclosures will be updated to describe the actual advertising provider, data practices and applicable choices. This paragraph describes the current build only.
Retention and deletion
Saved clubs and lineups remain in local app storage until you delete them or clear the app's data. Deleting a club does not automatically delete separately saved lineups containing a copy of that club. Clear Lineup and Clear All reset the working lineup; they do not delete every saved club or lineup. Use the saved-item lists to remove saved entries. To remove all app-local records, use Android Settings to clear the app's storage. Device backup and restore services may retain or restore app data depending on your device settings and their own policies.
Exported images, copies shared to other services and device backups are separate from app-local storage. Delete those copies using the gallery, receiving service or backup controls. We do not have access to your local creations and cannot remotely retrieve or delete them.
External website and support
Tapping the website link opens footba11man.com in your browser. Website hosting, browser storage and other website processing are described in the Website section below. If you email support, we and our email provider process your email address, message and any attachments to respond to your request. Do not send sensitive information unless necessary. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request and related follow-up; you can contact us about deletion.
Security
The app uses the operating system's app storage and permission controls. Protect your device and avoid adding or sharing private information unnecessarily. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Website
The following information applies to footba11man.com, rather than to data kept locally by the mobile application.
Website requests and hosting
When you visit footba11man.com, your browser sends technical information needed to deliver the website, including your IP address, requested URL, access time and browser information. Our hosting provider may record this information in access and error logs to operate the service, investigate faults and protect against abuse. Searches for clubs, players or managers and requests for archive pages are sent to our website server. Avoid entering private information into public search fields.
Lineups and selected images
The website processes images you select for player photos, logos and kits in your browser. The current lineup editor does not upload these selected image files or your generated lineup image to a Footba11man server. Working lineups are held in the page while you edit; do not assume that an unsaved lineup will survive closing or reloading the page. Saving an exported image creates a copy on your device. If you share an image, the destination app or service you choose handles the shared content under its own privacy policy. Review any names and photos before exporting or sharing.
Browser storage and optional usage counters
The website uses browser session storage for interface functions such as remembering navigation and list scroll positions. You can remove this information through your browser settings; doing so may reset these conveniences. Where the website usage-counter feature is enabled, a first-party session cookie named footba11man_metrics links activity within a browser session to avoid repeatedly counting the same visit or export action. A new visit is counted after 30 minutes of inactivity. The server session contains activity timestamps and recent export-event identifiers; it does not store the generated image. The public totals file contains only aggregate visit and lineup counts. This feature is not an advertising tracker and does not identify you across other websites. The session cookie has no persistent expiry and is normally removed when the browser session ends, although browser session-restore settings can affect this. Server-side session records expire according to the hosting configuration. Blocking cookies may affect the accuracy or operation of the counters.
External links and services
Links to our blog, social media pages and other external destinations take you to services operated by other providers. Those services may use their own cookies and collect information when you visit or share content with them. Their privacy policies apply to that processing. Contacting support by email is handled as described in the mobile application section above.
Purposes, service providers and retention
We process website technical information to deliver the pages and requested features, maintain security and reliability, and, where enabled, display aggregate usage totals. Where applicable, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service; where consent is required for a particular activity, it must be obtained before that activity takes place. Hosting and email providers process information as needed to provide their services, and information may be disclosed when legally required. We do not sell personal information. Technical logs are retained for operational and security needs under the hosting configuration, rather than indefinitely as a user profile. Aggregate totals may be retained for the life of the service. Exported files and copies held by external services remain under your control or the relevant provider’s retention rules.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can clear browser storage and cookies, stop using the website, delete downloaded images, and manage copies shared with other services. For questions about website information, or to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where those rights apply, email support@footba11man.com. Please describe your request without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may need enough information to verify and locate the relevant record. We cannot remotely delete files on your device or copies held by another service. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Club names, logos, photographs and other third-party materials may belong to their respective rights holders. Their appearance on Footba11man does not by itself indicate an official affiliation or endorsement. Questions about the ownership or use of content may be sent to support@footba11man.com. We review enquiries and, where appropriate, update or remove the relevant content.
Language preference
The website opens in English by default. You can choose Turkish from the language menu. Your manually selected language is remembered in local browser storage for future visits. You can change it at any time or clear the stored preference through your browser settings. Language selection does not request location permission or perform a location lookup.
